The release of the 50th episode of the Leader in Business Podcast marks a significant milestone not only for the Leaders in Business Podcast but also for me personally. When I embarked on this journey nearly four years ago, my intention was simple: I wanted to satisfy my curiosity about the lives of leaders. How did they reach their positions? What has driven and sustained them along the way? This podcast has always been about inviting listeners to eavesdrop on intimate conversations to gain insight into the lives of individuals who have pursued their passions with unwavering commitment.

My conversation with Dr Heather May Morgan FHEA FRSA was nothing short of a joy, and I’m grateful to say it has also brought me a friend. Her presence as the 50th guest feels like a fitting tribute to this ongoing journey.
